Alun Williams

Alun Williams is an Astérides Resident in 1993. The archives of Triangle-Astérides do not allow for the determination of the exact dates or the duration of this residency in 1993.

Alun Williams co-founded Triangle France in 1994, with Claire Lesteven.

Alun Williams was born in 1961, he lives and works between Peillac (FR) and New York (US)

In his execution of portraits of great men (executing being the precise term) we could be led to believe that Alun Williams has no love for great men. But this is denied by his deep love of painting, which for him, can only be historical, or deeply anchored in history. With revolutionary brushstrokes and overthrowing gestures such as these, great men would do well to count their limbs.
