Nicolas Simarik

Nicolas Simarik is a Triangle France Resident in 2001 and an Astérides Resident in 2002. The archives of Triangle-Astérides do not allow for the determination of the exact dates or the duration of these residencies.

Nicolas Simarik was born in 1977 at Creil (FR)

During his residency at Astérides, Nicolas Simarik takes a short painting break before embarking on a long-term communication and performance project for the 2022 presidential elections. Inspired by regional products and local traditions, his new paintings now seem destined to find their place along the sides of highways.
