Julie Darribère

Julie Darribère is an Astérides Resident in 2009 and 2010. The archives of Triangle-Astérides do not allow for the determination of the exact dates or the duration of this residency in 2009 and 2010.

Julie Darribère was born in 1980 in Pau (FR), she lives and works in Paris (FR)

Her work does not currently favor any particular medium. Whether through performance, sculpture, or installation, it revolves around structures that aim to subvert the immediacy of our perceptions in how we approach our environment. With a particular sensitivity to unnoticed details, it stimulates the infinitesimal in our gaze, hearing, or language.

Her work has been presented in group exhibitions at Le Corbusier’s Villa Savoye, the MAC VAL, and during the 2009 edition of the Printemps de Septembre festival.
