Because it is a matter of emotion, of perceiving things and beings, of the environment in which we evolve. It is about putting oneself in a position to listen—to oneself and to one’s everyday life. It is the ability to observe and acknowledge the existence of the minute things that surround us. It is allowing oneself to glimpse the constants of our lives.
